TERMS OF OUR ONLINE STORE
The order will only be processed after Koru Store receives confirmation of payment.
After the order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent containing details of the purchased products. When the order is shipped, the tracking number will be provided, allowing the customer to track the shipment of the products, when applicable.
If you wish to modify your order, including adding or removing products, you must notify us by email at sac@koru-store.com.
Payment can be made via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Multibanco Reference, or MB Way.
All cards are subject to validation and authorization by the issuing entity. If the card issuer refuses or fails to complete the payment for any reason, Koru Family Store is not responsible for delays or non-delivery of the order.

All prices are shown in Euros and include VAT at the current legal rate.

PRODUCT DELIVERY TIMES
Products will only be shipped or delivered after payment confirmation. Orders will be delivered directly by Koru Family Store or through a carrier contracted by them. Delivery costs are not included in the product price and will be informed before order completion.
The delivery time for products in stock varies between 1 and 7 business days.
If a product is out of stock, the customer may choose to cancel the order or wait for it to be restocked.
